What you need
- A Mac with Apple Silicon — M1 or newer. There is no Intel build.
- A microphone for in-room sessions, or an MP3, M4A or WAV file for recordings made elsewhere.
- An internet connection: transcription and drafting run in the cloud.
After the download
- Open the downloaded .dmg file.
- Drag Sessio into your Applications folder.
- Launch it, sign in and allow microphone access when macOS asks.
