Depression test

Shows how much signs of depression have bothered you over the last two weeks. It is not a diagnosis, only a prompt to decide whether to talk to a professional.

What it measures

The PHQ-9 asks about loss of interest, low mood, sleep, energy, appetite, how you see yourself and concentration. Each answer scores 0 to 3 points, for a total of 0 to 27.

This is not a diagnosis

The test helps you notice that something is off with your mood and decide whether to talk to a professional. A doctor makes a diagnosis after a conversation.
