Adult ADHD test

Helps you notice signs of ADHD in yourself: distraction, forgetfulness, restlessness. It is not a diagnosis, only a prompt to talk about attention with a professional.

What it measures

The ASRS v1.1 screener was developed with the World Health Organization. Six questions about the last 6 months: four on attention and organization, two on restlessness and activity. The test counts how many answers point to frequent difficulties: for the first three questions that is “Sometimes” or more often, for the rest “Often” and “Very Often”.

This is not a diagnosis

The screener shows whether it is worth looking further. ADHD is diagnosed by a doctor after a conversation and a full assessment, and similar difficulties appear with stress, anxiety and lack of sleep.
