Anxiety test

Shows how strong anxiety has been over the last two weeks. It is not a diagnosis, only a prompt to decide whether to talk to a professional.

What it measures

The GAD-7 asks about nervousness, worry that is hard to stop, tension, restlessness, irritability and fear that something awful might happen. Each answer scores 0 to 3 points, for a total of 0 to 21.

This is not a diagnosis

The test helps you notice that anxiety has started to get in the way and decide whether to talk to a professional. A doctor makes a diagnosis after a conversation.
