What it measures
The Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI) was developed in Denmark for the PUMA study of people in human service work. It treats burnout as long-lasting physical and emotional exhaustion and scores three parts separately: personal, work-related and client-related. Each part is the average of its answers, from 0 to 100.
This is not a diagnosis
The ranges compare your answers with Danish employees and are not clinical thresholds. Exhaustion can also come from illness, so if it lasts, see a doctor too.
