Self-esteem test

Shows how much you accept and value yourself right now.

What it measures

In the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, half of the statements are about strengths and half about self-doubt. Each answer scores 0 to 3 points, for a total of 0 to 30: the higher the score, the kinder your attitude toward yourself. The scale has no official cut-offs, so the levels are a rough guide.

This is not a personality verdict

Self-esteem changes over time and with circumstances. The test shows where you are now and does not describe your whole personality.
