Sio inside Sessio
An assistant for your practice
that answers from your own sessions
Sio is the assistant inside Sessio. It answers questions about your clients and sessions from your own transcripts, shows the source quote with its answers and runs commands in the app. It works in Sessio for Mac and in Telegram. Sio does not diagnose or advise on therapy.

Answers with a quote
Points link to a source: the line, the date and who said it. A point with no source is marked.
Only your records
Sio answers from your sessions. If they hold no answer, it says so instead of making one up.
You decide
Sio changes your schedule or data only after you confirm. An answer goes into a note only when you click the button.

You change the schedule with one sentence instead of opening the calendar. Commands are understood in English, Russian and Ukrainian.

Sio lives inside Sessio and sees only your data: clients, sessions and schedule. This is what it does today.
Answers with quotes
Ask about a client or a session. The answer carries numbered sources and a jump to the line in the transcript.
Searches your whole practice
“Which clients have open tasks?” Sio gathers the agreements across all your clients.
Runs commands
“Move Anna to Thursday at 6 pm”, “archive Mikhail”. Commands are understood in English, Russian and Ukrainian. Before changing data Sio asks “Do it?”, and you can undo afterwards.
Recalls the last session
When a recording starts, Sio shows where you stopped last time. You can tick off plan items during the session.
Offers a client recap
When the summary is ready, Sio offers to prepare a recap for the client. You edit the text and send it yourself.
Works with an excerpt
Select a line in the transcript and ask about it. The “Add to note” button puts the answer into the note with its quotes.

What Sio does not do
- It does not diagnose or advise on how to run therapy.
- It does not talk to your clients: it works only with you.
- It does not invent an answer the sessions do not contain.
- It does not change the Portrait or notes on its own: an answer reaches a note only when you click.
Telegram

questions and notes from your phone
Connect the bot in Settings → Telegram and Sio answers in your private chat just as in the app. The bot works only in the chat you connected.
- Questions about clients and your practice, as in the app, with a link to the session.
- Schedule: “what do I have tomorrow”, “move Anna to Thursday at 6 pm” (commands work in English, Russian and Ukrainian). A change runs after you tap “Do it”, and you can undo it.
- A quick note about a client: as text, a voice message up to 5 minutes or a forwarded message. The bot asks which client to add it to.
- A morning agenda and a prep message 10, 15 or 30 minutes before a session. You switch them on and off in settings.
Bot messages are stored by Telegram, like any chat with a bot. If that does not suit you, Sio in the app works without Telegram.

What Sio can do, how to check its answer and what happens to your data.
What is Sio?
Sio is the assistant inside Sessio. It answers questions about your clients and sessions from your transcripts, attaches quotes and runs commands in the app. It does not diagnose or advise on therapy.
How is Sio different from ChatGPT?
By default ChatGPT knows nothing about your clients until you paste text in. Sio works inside Sessio: it searches your transcripts, shows the sources of its points and can change your schedule on command. But it answers only about your own practice and does not replace a general chatbot.
Can Sio be wrong?
It can, which is why answers have sources. Click a number to see the quote and open the line in the transcript. The label “no source” means nothing in the records matches the statement; “differs from the quote” means the line says something else. You can mark an inaccurate answer with a button.
What happens to my data?
Recordings, transcripts and summaries are stored in your account. For transcription and answers Sessio uses external processing services, and they do not use your data to train models. Questions and answers do not change the Portrait or notes until you click “Add to note”. More in Settings → Data and privacy.
Does Sio message my clients?
No. Sio talks only to the therapist. It prepares a client recap as a draft; you edit and send it.
How many questions can I ask?
The number of questions per day is limited. When you reach the limit, the app says when new ones arrive. Short answers such as “when is the next session?” do not use it.
How do I connect Sio in Telegram?
Open Settings → Telegram in the Sessio app and click Connect. A chat with the @sessiohealth_bot bot opens. The bot answers only in the connected chat; you can disconnect it in the same settings or with the /stop command.
Is Sio available on a phone?
The Sessio app runs on Macs with Apple Silicon (M1 and later); there is no mobile app. From a phone you can reach Sio through Telegram.
How much does it cost?
While the beta lasts, Sessio is free and every feature is available at no cost. We will warn you about pricing in advance.
